Vicky is the Clinic Operation Manager at Heal after working with the team since September 2020. 

Since graduating in 2006 with a BA in Tourism Management from the University of Abertay, Vicky went on to work in Hospitality roles including Resort Reservationist, Events Executive, and Front Office Manager for high profile 4- & 5-star hotels and resorts in Scotland and the West Midlands.

Providing excellent Customer Service is at the heart of everything Vicky does. She believes in treating everyone fairly and with respect and has similar beliefs when it comes to management where she brings her excellent communication skills and sense of fun to ensure great working relationships with the whole team. 

Outside of work Vicky enjoys leisurely walks, sunsets, travelling when she can, going to gigs and festivals, and spending time with her little boy, friends, and family.
